About Feelings Matter
ββFeelings Matter Counselling Service
β
At Feelings Matter, we believe that everyone should have access to meaningful, professional support.
We recognise that people come to therapy with different needs, preferences, and circumstances. That’s why we offer a range of therapy options — from low-cost counselling through to work with qualified and experienced therapists.
Our aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and well-managed service, where clients can access the level of support that feels right for them.
β
πΏ Our Approach
We offer a structured approach to therapy, designed to make the process clear and supportive from the outset.
This includes:
-
Beginning with an assessment to understand your needs
-
Carefully matching you with a suitable therapist
-
Offering different levels of support depending on your preferences and circumstances
-
Providing ongoing sessions within a consistent and professional framework
We understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, and we aim to make the process as straightforward and reassuring as possible.
